Shakshuka

Ingredients

Batc# 01, 2-4 eggs

Method

1. Heat Batc# 01 in a shallow pan until simmering.
2. Make a 2-4 small dips in the sauce with the back of a spoon
3. Gently break the eggs into the sauce
4. Put on a lid and simmer until the egg white are cooked and the yolk remain soft. Approx 4-5 mins, depending on your simmer
5. Serve on crusty sourdough.
6. Devour!
