Malay Coconut chicken Noodle bowl

Ingredients

1. Batc# 03 Malay Coconut
2. Shredded Chicken
3. Whole-wheat noodles
4. Frozen Edamame Beans
5. Pea shoots or Rocket & Spring onions to serve

Method

In a saucepan, simmer noodles for 3 minutes until cooked (or use precooked noodles)
Heat the Batc# 03, Malay coconut Sauce in a shallow pan for 3-5 minutes
Add a large handful of frozen edamame beans
Shred a handful of cooked chicken (thigh or breast)
Assemble the noodles, sauce, chicken in bowls and top with pea shoots and sliced spring onions
