Masala Baked Fish

Ingredients

Batc# 06 Marvellous Masala, White fish and or prawns, Sliced additional vegetables, e.g Pepper, Aubergine. Toppings to serve e.g Coriander, Lime, Coconut, Green Chillies.

Method

1. Take a large piece of baking parchment
2. Place the parchment on a baking sheet
3. Place any vegetables that you want to add onto the parchment. e.g (peppers, aubergine)
4. Layer the sauce on top of the vegetables
5. Place the fish/prawns on top of the sauce.
6. Wrap up the fish and sauce like a parcel, tightly folding the edges
7. Place into a hot oven (200 C ) for 20 minutes
8. Serve with rice, sprinkle with coriander, coconut, sliced green chillies, a squeeze of lime juice
