A tomato ragù like no other. Our Pomodoro is made with four types of tomatoes, slow-cooked into a rich, tasty sauce that’s as versatile as it gets.
Packed with 12 plant ingredients, including fibre-rich lentils and fennel seed, thyme, basil, and a handful of Parmesan for extra depth.
This is the Batc# to reach for when you planned to make a ragù from scratch, but real life got in the way. Fast, wholesome and comforting.
Brown some mince and stir in Batc#04 for a bolognese you’ll be proud to serve. Or get creative and try it with baked peppers and crumbled feta, roasted with chicken thighs, or a simply pan-fried fish fillet. Dinner can be done in under 15 minutes.
