Ingredients

Batc# 03 Malay Coconut, raw or cooked prawns, a handful of frozen edamame, mange tout or sugar snaps, a green chilli, ripe mango cubed

Method

1. Simmer the Malay Coconut Sauce
2. Add the Prawns, Sugar snaps and cubed Mango
3. Heat through
4. Serve with sliced red chilli, coconut flakes
