Malay Coconut
Our Malay Coconut sauce is made with a complex spice paste of garlic, ginger, lemon grass. It's then then slowly cooked with our favourite Hodmedods fava bean paste, cashews, macadamia nuts and tamarind. The sauce is finished with coconut milk, lime and fresh herbs.
Perfect for chicken, fish and veg, in noodle bowls or with rice.
This sauce is quickly becoming our new Friday night favourite. Takeaways, be gone!
